With amazing reviews like these following Jack Clemens everywhere, the Dornoch Gondola Project is bound to enjoy endless nights recounting their meals on the wires of our highlands aerial tram. 

Jack was a late start to cooking only taking it up during a brief period of confinment while visiting Italy during a unexpected break in employement. Among his many fond memories while in Giovanni Bacchiddu Bancali Sardinia where his 'Compagni di Cella' (as he refers to them) introduced him to life in the kitchen. Whoever they are, we can only thank them for being his food service mentors. 

We often see tears of laughter as he recounts his early time at Bancali. It must have been an amazing experience to turn Jack into such a marvel in the kitchen.
